Problem Statement: The front yard was small and under utilized. The Master Bedroom opened up onto the front yard and there was no distinction of spaces.

Design Solution: The yard was designed to be in keeping with the existing concrete home. Architectural concrete walls were designed to provide a seperation between the courtyard outside the master bedroom and the auto court. Additionally a water feature was added to add interest.
